City Hyde Park is a residential and retail 15 story structure that features 180 residences, 50,000 square feet of ground-level retail, two levels of underground parking, and a 7,700 square foot green roof.
Hilton’s first triple-brand hotel, consisting of Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Home2 Suites, encompasses 380,000 square feet over 23 floors and features 466 guest rooms and suites. JMS Electric performed design-build services for this new construction project.
Sable hotel at Navy Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton, is 800’ long with 223 guest rooms built along the south side of Navy Pier Festival Hall. Each guest room features a south facing window seat from which to take in the full view of the entire Chicago skyline. The hotel incorporates the Piers’ history as a port and is named after a naval training ship. The hotel fits in well with its surroundings and incorporates design elements that make it worthy of its location.
The Offshore Rooftop venue is recognized by the Guinness Box of World Records as the largest rooftop bar at 36,000 square foot. The structure is located on the top level of Navy Pier’s Festival Hall. This all-weather venue offers a full service bar, world class kitchen, with a 20,000 foot terrace, seven fire pits, entertainment and gaming area and multiple large gathering spaces for events.
This 24,300 square foot development consists of two buildings on adjoining sites. Hubbard221 is a new construction 23 story rental residential tower with 195 units above 4 levels of parking and one level of retail on the ground floor.
Solstice on the park is a 27 story, 475,000 square foot, 250 unit apartment building. This project features and adjacent parking structure with 316 spaces, a Library/Study room, Lounge, Café, Fitness Center and an exterior pocket park.
412 N. Wells is a 9-story rental office core and shell tower containing 51,000 square foot including buildouts for a basement fitness center, ground floor retail, and 9th floor amenity space with an outdoor roof deck. Upon completion this building was leased out by RXBAR and JMS Electric completed the tenant build-out.
The new 125,000 square foot facility has two NHL regulation size ice rinks, multipurpose rooms, media room, Operations suite, Great Hall, private and public locker rooms, full service fitness center, and spectator seating. When the facility is not being used by the Hawks or visiting teams it hosts youth hockey, recreational leagues and events.
Exhibit on Superior is a 34 story mixed use tower with 298 rental apartments. The building’s amenities include a fitness center, meeting areas, dining room outdoor deck with pool as well as an 8,400 square foot park with gardens and seating. This 346,130 square foot project includes 16,441 square foot of retail.
Gallery on Wells is a 39 story 500,445 square foot Tower with 444 luxury rental apartments with ground level retail space. Amenities include a 26,000 square foot outdoor pool deck with 25 yard pool, fitness center, lounge, and game room.
640 N. LaSalle is an office building adjacent to the Gallery on Wells at 167 W. Erie. The amenity and pool deck for the Gallery on Wells are located on top of this structure.
One of the Chicago’s earliest skyscrapers originally constructed in 1893, at 14 stories, was converted into a four star, 293 room boutique hotel with restaurant, bar, 9,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 25,000 square foot of meeting and event space on the upper floors and a 5,000 square foot bar with on overhead retracting skylight on the top floor.
The Advocate Center is a new 60,000 square foot training facility for the Chicago Bulls. This facility features two full size basketball courts, locker room, weight room, player’s lounge. The second floor contains the Bulls executive offices, cardio room, and a green roof with patio area.
