Polk Brothers Park is a 13 area green space that serves as the Pier’s gateway, featuring two performance areas to host live arts and culture events with a backdrop of amazing views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. Polk Brothers Park is home to a new 12,500 square foot signature fountain with 250 programmable jets.
During Navy Pier’s Centennial Vision redevelopment project, JMS Electric assisted with the electrical assembly of the New Centennial Wheel, a 196 foot high Ferris Wheel, named to commemorate the Pier’s 100th Anniversary. It features 42 new gondolas that hold up to 8 passengers. The gondolas are climate controlled and have interactive media screens with speakers.

The Family Pavilion was constructed in 2018 as a 200,000 square foot dining, shopping and entertainment area.
The East End Plaza is the furthest public space on the Pier with public art, seating and a full spectrum view of Lake Michigan.

The Advocate Center is a new 60,000 square foot training facility for the Chicago Bulls. This facility features two full size basketball courts, locker room, weight room, player’s lounge. The second floor contains the Bulls executive offices, cardio room, and a green roof with patio area.
Fifth Third Arena is the practice home for the Chicago Blackhawks and a community asset that offers community programming, beginner hockey classes, adult hockey leagues, and public skate. JMS Electric performed the installation of all the electrical systems including A/V, communication and life safety.
