300 N Michigan Ave

New construction of a 47 story Tower on the Magnificent Mile. This structure will include 25,000 square foot of high end retail, 280 hotel rooms, and 289 residential units.

The Kimpton Gray Hotel

One of the Chicago’s earliest skyscrapers originally constructed in 1893, at 14 stories, was converted into a four star, 293 room boutique hotel with restaurant, bar, 9,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 25,000 square foot of meeting and event space on the upper floors and a 5,000 square foot bar with on overhead retracting skylight on the top floor.

Hiltons at McCormik Place

Hilton’s first triple-brand hotel, consisting of Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Home2 Suites, encompasses 380,000 square feet over 23 floors and features 466 guest rooms and suites. JMS Electric performed design-build services for this new construction project.

Sable Hotel at Navy Pier

Sable hotel at Navy Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton, is 800’ long with 223 guest rooms built along the south side of Navy Pier Festival Hall. Each guest room features a south facing window seat from which to take in the full view of the entire Chicago skyline. The hotel incorporates the Piers’ history as a port and is named after a naval training ship. The hotel fits in well with its surroundings and incorporates design elements that make it worthy of its location.

Virgin Hotel

Renovation of the Old Dearborn Bank building into a 27 story hotel with 250 guestrooms, meeting and event spaces, spa with fitness center, and distinct restaurants and bars. 136,000 square foot.

Four Seasons Hotel

A complete renovation of the luxury hotel’s 7th floor lobby-meeting rooms; private dining and the introduction of Adorn Bar & Restaurant. Along with the Grand Ballroom and guest suites, JMS Electric performed the installation of the electrical systems including A/V, communication and life safety.

The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel

A historic hotel in the heart of Chicago’s theater district. JMS Electric was proud to be part of the renovation team for the 483 guestrooms & suites, over 14,000 square feet of meeting rooms, Bar Allegro and lobby areas.

Crown Plaza Chicago

Crown Plaza is set in Chicago’s vibrant west loop. JMS Electric provided the electrical systems including AV, communication and life safety for the 398 guestrooms, 8,000 square feet of meeting & ballrooms, lobby and restaurant.

Hotel Lincoln

Overlooking Chicago’s Lincoln Park, JMS Electric performed the electrical systems for this boutique hotel’s 184 guestrooms, meeting rooms and rooftop lounge.

Hyatt Regency Chicago

This gateway to the city’s top attractions JMS Electric provided the renovation to the west tower’s 975 guestrooms.

Marriott Chicago

Located on the famed Magnificent Mile JMS Electric provided the renovation to the hotel’s 1,200 guestrooms, great room lobby and Reviver bar. Included along with the electrical installation were the A/V, communication and life safety systems.

Ritz Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton, set within the Water Tower Place near Lake Michigan. JMS Electric provided the electrical systems including communication and life safety work for the guestrooms, lobby, meeting room and ballroom renovations. The hotel remained open during the renovations and included a coordinated effort in bringing the hotel to today’s energy standards.

Park Hyatt

Renovation of the 198 guestrooms inside of this intimate luxury hotel including meeting rooms and restaurant/lounge. JMS Electric provided the electrical systems including the A/V, communication and life safety.
