The Kimpton Gray Hotel
One of the Chicago’s earliest skyscrapers originally constructed in 1893, at 14 stories, was converted into a four star, 293 room boutique hotel with restaurant, bar, 9,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 25,000 square foot of meeting and event space on the upper floors and a 5,000 square foot bar with on overhead retracting skylight on the top floor.
